Is this commission-only?+

And every approved roof carries a floor, so a win never pays zero.
When do I get paid?+
Fast. You get a solid chunk at the first insurance check, not months later at job completion, and we pay weekly. No commission games, no surprise deductions.
Do I get leads or do I knock?+
Both. You'll knock — that's where the big money is in storm work — but we point you at the neighborhoods that just took hail (our storm data), hand you inbound as it comes in, and give you a protected area so you're not fighting ten other reps for the same street.
What tools do I get?+

Do I need experience?+
